Snow blower is a machine that clears snow from the driveways, sidewalks, roofs, and patios. It’s a simple machine that has a large fan and small auger attached to it. This is what makes it so useful. This machine works by removing the snow and then ejecting it out of the blower onto the ground or into the lawn mower bag.

Choosing the right snow blower can be a daunting task. You’ll see a huge selection of single, two and three stage models in varying widths and with a dizzying array of features.

How to set up a snowblower

The most important thing when setting up a Snow Blower is ensuring you have enough clearance around the area that you want to clear. If this area is too close to any walls or obstacles then the snow will get stuck on them rather than blowing away.

How To Clean Snow Blower Gas Tank

So, this is how to clean snow blower gas tank:

  1. Remove the vehicle’s gas tank.
  2. Empty the tank of any remaining gas using a siphon.
  3. To remove varnish from the gas tank, insert a handful of nuts and bolts.
  4. Dress in vintage garments.
  5. Three to four cups lime juice in a bucket
  6. Refill the tank with water.
  7. Clean the gas tank

How to use a snow blower

  1. When using a snow blower, make sure that you always start with the engine off. Once the snow blower starts up, turn off the ignition key until after the blades stop rotating. After the blades have stopped spinning, push the trigger switch to the “on” position and rotate the blade by hand.
  2. If the dust collection system is still connected to the engine, disconnect the power cord before starting the engine. Otherwise, if the engine stops while operating the blades, remove the dust collector before restarting the engine.
  3. Before turning on the engine, check the oil level and replace as necessary. Remove all fuel caps and drain fuel tanks. Before starting the engine, insert an air filter and tighten screws securing the spark plug cover. Do not attempt to start the engine unless the starter solenoid valve is open.
  4. When clearing a driveway, first make sure that the blower is properly adjusted. The operator controls should be at the lowest settings. Then, adjust the height control so that the blades will clear the roof. Rotate the auger counterclockwise or clockwise to increase or decrease the force of the auger.
  5. To avoid damaging the driveway, never run over it while clearing.
  6. Start the engine and press the trigger switch to start the auger. As soon as the auger begins rotating, remove the trigger switch from the on position. If you continue to hold down the switch, the engine may stall. Turn the engine off immediately.
  7. After rotating the auger sufficiently, loosen the blade clamps and raise the blade assembly to allow the snow to fall through the opening between the blades. Raise the blade assembly again and slowly lower it back to the original position. Repeat this process until the entire surface is cleared.
