The right conditions and if you allow them to establish themselves, a number of insects will attack your Snake Plant. Yes, snake plant bugs will attack your snake plant at some point. These insects are mainly sap suckers. The Snake Plant won’t be destroyed rapidly if you do this.
Common Snake Plant Bugs
Mealybugs, thrips, aphids, and fungus gnats are some of the best-known snake plant bugs. Whiteflies and other flying insects may also be found. Inappropriate watering, poor ventilation, and high humidity contribute to the growth of bugs. Snake plant bugs must be identified, and they should be treated appropriately in order to be eliminated.
Provided that it is grown in optimal conditions, sap sucking insects are not often found on Snake Plants. There is a thick waxy cuticle covering the leathery leaves, which provides a formidable obstacle for insects.
Mealybugs
Small white fluff-like pieces resemble these little bugs. It is often found hiding between the leaves where it can take in the juices deep within the leaves. Spider Mites

Scale Insect
As these bugs look so different from what we commonly consider to be insects, they sometimes go unnoticed, simply because we don’t recognize them as such. Rather than looking like bugs, they resemble small brown lumps. These tiny creatures are sucking up the goodness in your plant from beneath their outer brown layer.
Insects can be removed by wiping them away with a soft cloth or simply scraping them away with a fingernail, depending on their color and location.
White Fly
These tiny white insects resemble miniature moths rather than flies. When they are disturbed by your moving or watering the plant, they will always be more noticeable.
You will be alerted to the fact that you have a problem when you see a small cloud of flying insects. A dark sticky liquid excreted by them can also attract other pests and make mold grow. You can sometimes deal with these pests by taking your plant outside and squirting it with water. If there are eggs or larva on the leaves, wash them down well to remove them.
When you bring your plant back indoors, you can hang a sticky trap nearby to prevent further infestations.
Aphids
These pesky little creatures seem to be hard to completely eradicate from plants. Breeding is rapid, but they can be easily spotted. It is possible to see them in your plant, or you can find sticky honeydew excreted by them.
New tips of a plant are typically where they thrive because this is when the sap is softer and easier to get. Breeding really fast is what allows these creatures to survive rather than defenses.
These bugs are easy to deal with if you examine your plant frequently and notice an attack early.
