However, the best way to solve this problem is to remove the affected leaves from the  plant. Your plant will be protected from spreading fungi this way.

Snake plant fungus affects plants caused by old soil. You can replace the old soil with new soil if the plant is infected with the fungus. Also, do not use the removed soil in any other plants. As such soil has the potential to further spread the problem, you should throw it away.

In order to ensure enough sunlight gets to the plant, it needs to be shaded. Although it is an indoor plant, I would suggest at least some sunlight for it. I would recommend placing the Snake plant in a place where it can receive a few hours of morning sunlight.
