How To Clean Toro Lawn Mower Carburetor
What you need for the tool:
- A needle nose plier
- Wrench for sockets
- Carburetor degreaser
- rags/paper towels
- Gloves for your hand
Enable parking mode on your Toro lawn mower by placing it on a level surface. Remove the mower’s spark plug.
Removing the mower’s front hood
The four screws holding the front cover to the mower can be removed with a socket wrench. Lift the mower’s front cover and remove the oil tank’s dipstick. Replace the dipstick in the oil tank after you remove the cover.
Unplug the Fuel Hole Connector
Track down where the mower’s petrol tank is. Pull it upwards while holding it in place with both hands. The fuel tank’s bottom has a connector. It’s referred to as the “fuel port.” It is primarily responsible for delivering fuel from the gas tank to the carburetor. Squeeze the fuel hose connection using a plier.
Clean the Fuel Hole and Reconnect.
For at least 15 seconds, spray carburetor cleaner into the carburetor’s fuel hole connection. Reconnect the gas tank’s gasoline hole connector now. A plier can be used to re-connect it.
Wipe the Fuel Bowl and Screw Clean
