Every few weeks during the winter, give the soil a small amount of water to keep it from cracking. Too much watering during the winter will cause the plants to rot. Snake Plants came from Africa where it’s warm. However, you should know that too much sun will not make the plants alive. It needs the temperature to be at 70 to 90 Fahrenheit. To the extreme cold they can survive at 50 Fahrenheit at the maximum. Below it, it may survive, but it’s unlikely to grow happily like when they are in spring or summer.
